Team Leader Talent Acquisition Business Partner

HR & General Affair – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Responsibility :

  • Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition Team to meet business needs and stand out on the market as an employer of choice

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process

  • Developing hiring strategies, interview assessment and procedures.

  • Preparing plan for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the company's strategic planning.

  • Fostering good relationships with potential candidates, onboarding employee and past applicants.

  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talents for our organization,

  • Build relationship with external organization to help team sourcing talents


Requirement :

  • Minimum 2 year experience in recruiting and 1 years in leading team

  • Having experiences as headhunter is a plus

  • Preferred having experiences working in fintech

  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently, target / goals orientation.

  • A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed

  • Highly adaptable and personally organised

  • Having driver License (SIM A)

  • Placement at SIdoarjo, East Java (WFO five working days - Monday to Friday)
