Responsibilities:
- Choosing the suitable candidate for recruitment needs.
- Do the recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare weekly recruitment report for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Have experience in recruiting technical/IT positions.
- Knows psychological tools is preferred.
- Ex-headhunting is preferred.
- Comfortable to work with targets, high-achiever
- Knows about social media and professional networks.
- Have a passion for marketing, analysis and creative thinking.
- Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
